Rentals strictly self-pickup/drop off from Buckeye. Please keep in mind there are vehicle requirements. Delivery is available for a fee
Self Pickup/Drop-off is from Buckeye (Yuma and Watson Rd)
Pickups are a day before the event and drop offs a day after the event.
If you need the rentals longer days, we can definitely accommodate.
At this time, we do not decorate nor provide balloon service. Our company strictly is for chair rentals and decor boho items. However, we have worked with great vendors in the past that provide the balloons. Check out our Instagram — @arizonabohorentals, we tag all those we work with.
Yes! Single large items, such as peacock chairs, backdrop stands, and dividers require an SUV ONLY to transport.
Pickup trucks with 6.5ft - 8ft beds are allowed, please ask for chair/item measurements prior to pickup. Bring moving blankets + straps to secure items.
EXCEPTIONS: Large rentals, backdrops. These will only fit in a pickup truck. Please be prepared to bring at least (2-3) blankets and straps to securely transport the backdrop.
Without proper transportation, items will not be released and the customer will still be responsible for the full amount of the rental order. If you have any questions or concerns with transportation, please do not hesitate to ask via the contact form on our website.
Each of our inventory items are vintage and most are made of more fragile materials such as wicker or rattan. We put a lot of trust in our customers to take care of items while they are in their care, but of course, accidents do happen. If an item is damaged, broken, stained, etc. please make us aware of this as soon as you can. Upon inspection of the item(s), Arizona Boho Rentals, will make an informed decision on any damage/replacement fee(s) that will be applied and taken from the damage deposit including additional fees if necessary.
Please be advise when booking, that every rental chair/item requires a refundable accidental damage deposit which is due a day before pickup. This deposit is additional to the rental fee, and it is to cover any accidental damage that may occur while in your care. It is refunded back to you within 48 hours of the items being dropped off.
